Class Descriptions


Native Pilates

Pricing: 10 punch pass - $50 non-members/$30 members Drop in - $6 non-members/$4 members
No experience necessary! In this Pilates mat class we will increase your mind/body awareness, core strength, endurance, stability, and flexibility. Please bring a yoga or Pilates mat, a yoga block, and a yoga blanket to sit on if you have tight hamstrings. Beginner to Advanced welcome!  


Zumba Gold

Pricing$6 non-members/$4 members

Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba  choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.

Jazzercise

Pricing: $7 non-members/$5 members
Jazzercise is the original dance party workout. Blending dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training, one 55-minute session can burn up to 800 calories. The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost.

Cardio Drumming

Pricing: $7 non-members/$5 members
Cardio Drumming is a fun, full body workout that is bound to be your new favorite way to sweat! We beat on exercise balls with drumsticks to positive, high-energy music! This isn't your mom's cardio class....but she's welcome to join! Great for all fitness levels.
